CYCLE 1: THRIVING & ME

  • Receive a Welcome Packet introducing you to Be Well Lead Well Women and helping you create your Be Well Lead Well Commitment Plan, a roadmap for optimising the program for your greatest benefit.
  • Complete the online Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire sent as part of your Welcome Packet. When you complete this extensive questionnaire, you receive a 42-paged personalised report mapping your core motivations and drives, strengths and gifts, blind spots, and how your patterns of behavior show up in your life and leadership.
  • Participate in an Executive Lifestyle Analysis, a 1:1 conversation with an Be Well Lead Well Executive Coach to discover how you do—or don’t—use health and wellbeing as a resource for leading effectively, managing your energy and stress, and living fully.
  • Do two physiologic tests from the privacy of your own home through easy-to-use test kits in your Welcome Packet. The first test checks for key health and stress metrics: cortisol, TSH, lipids, A1C, and blood glucose. The second test, done through a cheek swab, sheds light on your Apo E gene to identify what kind of diet and exercise is best for you based on your unique makeup. You’ll get your test results at the upcoming retreat (see Cycle 1 ENGAGE), along with training from our Integrative Health Advisor about stress, exercise and diet.
  • Attend your first Be Well Lead Well Women retreat, a 4-day rejuvenating experience at the International Health & Wellness Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This world-class wellness destination is located at the breathtaking Garden of the Gods, a registered National Natural Landmark. Here,you and the other women leaders participating in Be Well Lead Well Women not only have access to an array of spa, wellness, and integrative medicine services, you’ll also receive in-depth training in the latest science and practices for thriving and how to turn these into positive lifestyle habits.And because this is Cycle 1 of the program, you’ll also participate in an in-depth executive health & wellness assessmentcovering brain, heart, and immune system health and functional fitness. You’ll participate in this assessment again in Cycle 4toobserve the effects of your commitment to the program on your physical health and energy, well-being, and lifestyle.

CYCLE 2: THRIVING & MY TEAM

  • Take a look at the people or team you lead through the lens of our Signals of Stress tool and complete the 14 Factors of Extraordinary Teams survey.
  • Do a personal discovery assignment about how you enable and limit thriving of the people and teams you lead, based on your Integrative Enneagram Report and insights you gained from Cycle 1.
  • Participate in your second retreat in Colorado (this time three days in length) back at the International Health & Wellness Center. At this retreat you experiment with innovative models and new tools for assisting you, as a leader and human being, to lead teams that flourish.
  • Use this retreat to reconnect with other women leaders on this learning journey, plus reinforce rejuvenating wellness behaviours, such as healthy eating, sleep, fitness, meditation, yoga, and bodywork.
  • Leave the retreat with Thriving & My Team actions you can take through your Be Well, Lead Well Commitment plan.
  • Make progress on your Be Well, Lead Well Commitment Plan through a life-enhancing system of support, including:
    • 1 confidential conversation with an Integrative Health Advisor.
    • 3, 1-hour group coaching sessions with a learning circle of your peers on this yearlong journey.
    • 4 e-talks with wellbeing & leadership experts, offering stretch insights in Thriving & Me topics,from healthy eating for your microbiome and sleep as a doorway to performance to energy management and the female brain on stress.
    • Private access to our Be Well, Lead Well website, full of inspiring stories, tools, and resources for fully integrating wellbeing into your life and leadership

CYCLE 3: THRIVING & MY ORGANIZATION

  • Take a nonjudgmental, candied look at your organisation using the Thriving &My Organization tool sent to you. This tool will help you get curious while remaining compassionate:In what ways does your organisation enable thriving of people? In what ways does it thwart it? Where appropriate you can extend this exploration to your organisation’s stakeholder relationships too.
  • Participate (in the privacy of your own home) in a personal DNA assessment using a test kit you’ll receive as part of the program. You ‘ll get the confidential results of this DNA test at the Cycle 3 retreat, as part of our dialogue on the role of culture and heritage in organisational life.
  • Participate in your third retreat at the International Health & Wellness Center in Colorado (three days long)to learn best practices and emerging innovations for creating a thriving organisation, and determine what these mean for your situation.Along with this tight-knit community of women leaders in the program, you also consider what it means to navigate your organisation as a leader, a woman, and a human being who thrives. Insights from your Integrative Enneagram report will be key here too.
  • Find out your cultural DNA test results, a springboard to explore how culture and heritage shapes your open-mindedness, curiosity, compassion, collaboration, trust, and wisdom, also qualities of contemporary leadership.
  • Immerse yourself fully in this retreat experience for your personal wellness and renewal, and leave the retreat with a renewed dedication to your Be Well, Lead Well Commitment plan.
  • Make progress on your Be Well, Lead Well Commitment Plan through a life-enhancing system of support, including:
    • 1 confidential conversation with an Integrative Health Advisor.
    • 3, 1-hour group coaching sessions with a learning circle of your peers on this yearlong journey.
    • 4 e-talks with wellbeing & leadership experts, offering stretch insights in Thriving &My Organization topics, from advancing wellbeing through wealth and uplifting people through brands to fostering a thriving workplace culture and navigating the organisation as a woman (and feel whole).
    • Private access to our Be Well, Lead Well website, full of inspiring stories, tools, and resources for fully integrating wellbeing into your life and leadership.
    • Weekly mindfulness practices.
    • An 1.5-hour e-dialogue that happens quarterly with your Personal Support System, helping these people you trust understand how to best support you on this journey.

CYCLE 4: THRIVING AMPLIFIED

  • Participate in 4 e-talks with wellbeing & leadership experts, each designed to stretch your mind, warm your heart, and ignite new possibilities for amplifying thriving beyond your organization.
  • Participate in the Executive Lifestyle Analysis as you did in Cycle 1. This 1:1 conversation with aBe Well Lead Well Executive Coach will uncover new ways you are using health and wellbeing as a resource for leading effectively, managing your energy and stress, and living fully because of the time, energy, and commitment you put into the program.

By now, you feel at home with the community of women in the program, and together you explore emerging wisdom about how to have a multiplier effect to meaningfully contribute to thriving in the world.And because this is the last Cycle of the program, you’ll participate again in an in-depth executive health & wellness assessment covering brain, heart, and immune system health and functional fitness to note progress you’ve made through your commitment to your self.
  • Take part, during the retreat, in yoga, mindfulness, bodywork and other somatic practices, as well as healthy eating, time in nature, and space to reconnect with yourself.
  • End the retreat with a sense of passion and purpose, deep relationships with other women in this supportive program community, and a greater ability to use thriving as a source of authentic power to successfully lead life, your team and organization, and beyond.
  • You end your Be Well, Lead Well Women journey well through:
  • A final, confidential conversation with the Integrative Health Advisor.
  • New resources and tools on the Be Well, Lead Well website.
  • An 1.5-hour e-dialogue that happens quarterly with your Personal Support System, helping these people you trust understand how to best support you on this journey.
  • A final1.5-hour e-session with all women leaders who participated with you in Be Well Lead Well Women. Together, you’ll celebrate progress you’ve made over the course of the yearlong journey, as well as share ideas about amplifying Be Well, Lead Well as part of the revolution for more conscious and enlightened leadership happening globally.
