Leading WELL in an Overstimulated World

The global pandemic, the Great Resignation (and the Great Regret), hybrid work models, the rise of employee burnout—today’s leadership challenges are driving up the organizational and human costs of too much stress.

How do you lead WELL within this environment? What would it mean to prioritize the wellbeing of yourself, your team, and your organization?

On September 15th, Wisdom Works Group hosted a webinar to explore these questions with a panel of incredible leaders who are doing the work of prioritizing wellbeing within organizations and communities globally. We had an incredible conversation on the new definition of leadership, navigating the significant tensions of loneliness and overwhelm in today’s workplaces, and the key skills and cultural changes necessary for supporting employee wellbeing. We hope you feel inspired to take what you’ve heard back to your organization or community.
