LeeAnn is an executive coach, facilitator of transformational leadership programs. and an organisational consultant.  She has been working in the field of leadership and organisation development for over two decades and has a diverse portfolio of client engagements, from mid-market to Fortune 500, non-profit and across many industries. LeeAnn specializes in multi-month leadership programs and presence-based leadership, which she integrates into her work. She believes in a whole-person and whole-system based approach to working with individuals and organisations. LeeAnn’s goal is to help clients develop sustainable leadership practices that result in long-term excellent performance. She lives in Dallas with her husband and sweet boxer LuLu and loves exercise, being outdoors, learning, and spending time with her almost grown daughters.
