Wisdom Works Group Privacy Policy

In our efforts to operate as a conscious business, Wisdom Works Group, Inc. (WWG) honors your right to data protection and privacy. Our Privacy Policy reflects our commitment to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which include: lawfulness, transparency and fairness, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, and confidentiality and integrity.

The details of WWG’s Privacy Policy, as well as our core brand Be Well Lead Well®, are shared below. Through your use of any products and services provided by WWG, such as utilizing the WWG website, purchasing and taking WWG assessments, participating in WWG training and certification programs, and/or agreeing to send or receive electronic communications to/from the WWG (collectively, “Services”), you accept the terms described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond Wisdom Works’ Privacy Policy, we have established a partnership with information technology firm, Amnet, to bolster our cyber secure posture to data management. You can read about these actions here. If, after reviewing our Privacy Policy, you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by email at: info@wisdom-works.com.

Collection of Personal Information

If you purchase any products, such as assessments, or services through our website, your purchase will be processed through a secure third-party payment processing system. WWG does not store any of your payment or financial information, including credit card numbers. We also do not store any of your payment or financial information if you pay for products or services with ACH bank transfer or check in response to a contract you hold directly with WWG.

If you take a WWG assessment, such as Be Well Lead Well Pulse®, you will do so using a unique assessment link purchased directly from WWG by you, your organization, or a Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certified Guide. If you are an individual assessment participant, your assessment results will only be sent to you and the Guide supporting you, or it will be sent to you and/or (with your knowledge) the account administrator identified and approved by your organization. WWG will not share your assessment results with anyone else. Your assessment results are stored on Microsoft Azure secure servers, unless you request that we delete your information.

If you engage in the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® assessment, you will be asked via an Informed Consent built into our assessment software if you want to participate in research we conduct with data in the assessment database. It is always your choice to participate or not. Research data will be used only in de-identified, aggregate form and will not include any personally-identifiable information.

If, as a Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Certified-Guide, you obtain a Guide Account to use WWG’s assessment software, you will create user credentials, such as a user ID and password. All passwords are encrypted before being stored in our database and passwords cannot be viewed by WWG. Therefore, if you forget your password, we are unable to send it to you via e-mail or provide it to you by any means. If you do forget your password, there is a ‘password reset’ option on the website that will allow you to reset your password. In addition, you will only have access to assessment feedback reports for individuals and groups with whom you are supporting as a Guide (linked to your Guide Account.) You will not have access to the raw data in the database.

We do not collect personally-identifiable information, such as your email address, unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You can request that we delete such information at any time by notifying us at info@wisdom-works.com.

Collection of Technical Information

We may use tools, such as Google Analytics, which provide WWG with information about your use of the website but cannot be used to personally identify you. These tools help us to understand traffic patterns and ascertain if there are problems with or opportunities to improve the website. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, WWG only uses this data in aggregate form. We currently do not use “cookies” to record any technical information.

Using Personal and/or Technical Information

WWG uses your personal information only for the purpose of providing Services to you and to communicate with you concerning Wisdom Works Group. We do not give or sell your personal information to advertisers or any third parties. WWG uses your technical information to personalize and improve the delivery of our Services, plus to promote safety, integrity, and security in the use of our Services.

Limited Right to Share Personal Information

WWG shall have the limited right to share the personal information you provide: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements, such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as in response to a physical threat to you or others, to protect property, or defend or assert legal rights. In the event that WWG is legally compelled to disclose your personal information to a third party, we will attempt to notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order.

Correcting or Erasing Your Personal Information

In the event that any personal information you have provided to WWG changes or is incorrect, you may request that we correct such information by notifying us via email at info@wisdom-works.com. Likewise, if you want your personal information to be erased from our records and deleted from our active systems, please send a request to info@wisdom-works.com. Your personal information will be deleted from our active systems within five (5) business days of receiving your request.

Protecting Young People

WWG tools and services are not marketed or offered to, not intended for, and should not be used by any children under the age of 18. WWG will not knowingly collect any information from individuals under that age. By using our Services, you represent that you are 18 (or older) and can consent to the processing of your personal data in your country. If information is inadvertently collected for anyone under the age of 18, we will delete such information if we are notified or otherwise become aware of it.

Linking and Framing to Other Websites

Our website and other WWG electronic communications may display links and frames to other websites. Once you enter a third-party website, or a portion of a third-party site which is framed within our website, you agree that WWG is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. WWG encourages you to look for and review the privacy statements of each and every website that you visit.

WWG makes no representation, warranty or endorsement, express or implied, as to any of the information, services, products, or messages on any third-party websites which may be accessed through the WWG website. In particular, these links and frames are provided for convenience only and are not intended as an endorsement by WWG of the organization or individual operating the website or a warranty or endorsement of any type regarding the website or the information, services, products or messages posted on or available from such website.

E-Communications from WWG

WWG may send you emails or other electronic communications regarding our company and its services. These electronic communications will be sent to the email address that you voluntarily provide. Should you wish to cease receiving these electronic communications, you can opt out via the instructions provided by WWG.

WWG will never send you an email requesting your password, credit card number, or any numbers that personally identify you. For example, if you receive a message that looks like it is from WWG, but asks you for your social security number, it is a fraudulent email, or “phish.” We recommend you report it to the proper authorities.

Amendment of This Privacy Policy

To maintain and evolve transparent data protection and privacy practices, we may modify this Privacy Policy. We will post Privacy Policy revisions on this page or on a successor page. If you do not agree with our updates or amendments, you will be able to choose not to continue using our Services. The new version will become effective on the date it is posted (listed at the bottom of this page.) Continuing to use our services after posting an updated privacy policy will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
